We're delighted to be recruiting an opportunity for a motivated, enterprising Sales Team Leader to work with a VC-funded Series A ed-tech scale-up. Work with a dynamic global team and be a foundational member of the go-to-market efforts, helping shape & scale the worldwide sales engine. What you will be doing:

As Regional Manager (RM) You will be a leading member of the Growth team, who are responsible for building and capitalising on relationships with secondary schools, global education companies, governments, and universities from around the world. The Growth team is our client's engine room for the company’s growth, and you will do this by developing good relationships with potential customers and helping them to see the value our product can bring them.

You will report to the VP of Operations (Schools) and will develop relationships with schools globally, helping them to understand our client's product and mission and the value they can provide them. We’re looking for someone who is not phone-shy, takes ownership of their targets and finds inventive ways to contribute to growing the business.

You'll be joining a smart, ambitious team, in an exciting, fast-growth environment. You will be a key hire in London and will have the opportunity to progress into senior management and influence how we continue to develop the sales team.

  • You’re able to develop a deep understanding of a SaaS product as a key part of your role will be doing demos to customer - not only taking customers through the product features, but empathising and understanding their needs in detail, so you can establish best fit and be a trusted advisor to customers.

  • 2 years+ experience as a proven performer in a Sales role, ideally within Edtech or SaaS.

  • You have an understanding of the education space and can contribute ideas to the sales and marketing teams.

  • Salesforce experience is desirable.
