Over the last few years Ampito has seen rapid growth, with a presence in North America, Africa Europe and the UK. They’re now looking for a driven and determined Senior Sales Professional to manage onboard & grow Mid-Market & Enterprise accounts.
What you will be doing:
As an Account Director, you'll have a strong focus (& experience) in either the financial services space or Public Sector, with a focus on healthcare. This is due to the business having a strong focus in these two areas and these areas being a key part of their growth plans - which are to achieve 150% growth by 2027.
The role of Account Director will be to grow existing accounts as well as develop new relationships across the globe - with our client having a significant presence across EMEA, North America & Africa. The target customer base will be in the mid-market to enterprise space and the successful candidate will be very comfortable developing relationships both virtually as well as a lot of in-person interactions.
What will you bring?
New Business Initiative; actively prospect new business opportunities.
Global Relationship Development; the ability to manage global relationships, growing these over time & closing across EMEA, North America & Africa.
Active Business Development; proactively develop an existing set of accounts, creating sales strategies and accounts plans to grow the area.
Accurate Forecasting and Pipeline Management; knowing the numbers is key, and a healthy pipeline will lead to success.
Customer Service; delivering and maintaining a high level of customer service and satisfaction is imperative to the customer experience.
Sales Cadence; consistency in sales cadence, including customer interaction / communication, account plans, selling solutions, and customer growth.
Customer Presentation skills; presentation collation and material with the confidence and ability to deliver at all levels of management.
Business Relationships: confident and able to establish strong relationships with key vendors and partners to support solution selling.
