Experience-wise - to be a Senior Zester, you must have recruitment experience and have shown a high level of performance within the sector.

Job duties

  • Working with our team & the Zest community to understand business requirements and taking these to market

  • Identifying & onboarding Zest customers through traditional & innovative methods

  • Delivering a phenomenal recruitment experience to these customers forging long-term realtionships

  • Finding matched candidates via LinkedIn, social channels, our database & job boards to meet customer requirements

  • Screening these candidates via phone & video to represent our talented candidates in the best possible light

  • Using creative methods to reach candidates (video messages, voice notes & social media posts)

  • Building long-lasting relationships with our customers, candidates & communities

  • Developing new relationships off the back of your continued success & growing network
