We're delighted to be recruiting an SDR position for a Martech SaaS vendor, hiring as a result of a record year of sales.

Summary

Due to a record year of growth - our client, Martech SaaS vendor, are looking to grow their sales function in order to drive further expansion in 2023.

Working as a key part of the sales team, the SDR effectively manages pipeline to drive the exceeding of KPIs and targets set both through self-generation work and inbound leads.

The Role

The Inside Sales team are the heartbeat of our customer's sales and the driving force in ensuring they are on track to hit their ambitious targets. As a Inside Sales Rep, you’ll be the first point of contact between the business and potential new customers, and responsible for initiating contact with the aim of building a consistent stream of high-quality new business pipeline. On a day-to-day basis you’ll:

  • Conduct compelling, ‘pain-focused’ selling conversations with key stakeholders in commercial - enterprise accounts.

  • Book new business sales meetings to generate consistent pipeline across the territory.

  • Focus on developing new business in your designated industry vertical.

  • Generate and maintain new client relationships, with the goal of your aligned sales rep successfully closing the opportunity.

  • Act as an advisor to potential customers in order to understand how their needs could be met with the product portfolio.

  • Advocate for our customers platform and our position within the digital adoption sector.

  • Understand and document customers’ business and IT strategies, priorities and goals; capture this data accurately in the CRM system.

  • Collaborate with team members and strive towards meeting team sales targets.

  • Track and monitor potential leads in CRM.

  • Problem solve customer issues or sales blockers.

  • Qualify inbound leads and convert the relevant ones to meetings and deal opportunities.
