This allows them to focus on delivering streamlined digital interfaces that delight their customers. Our work spans both the #FinTech and #RegTech domains.
Having steadily grown their customer base, they reached break-even in 2023. At the beginning of 2024, our customer secured a Series A funding round, propelling them into our next exciting growth phase. We are now seeking an ambitious and driven individual to join our customer on this journey.

Your Role: Senior Product Owner
What You Can Expect As our Senior Product Owner, you will:
Define and prioritise product features and improvements based on customer feedback, market research, and business goals.
Create and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and priorities.
Collaborate with design and engineering teams to translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and design specifications.
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate delivered features meet quality standards and user expectations.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and optimisation.
Engage regularly with customers and stakeholders.
Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies.
Work closely with engineering, sales, and operations to enhance our product and improve our offering.

Start-up/scale-up experience.
Experience as a product owner with SaaS products.
Bonus: Payment domain knowledge, particularly with card payment networks (Mastercard, Visa, etc.), and familiarity with technical concepts and software development processes.
