Experience-wise - we're very flexible however the role will be very fast-paced & involve a lot of conversations (face-to-face, phone & via message) so transferable experience would be ideal.
Job duties
Working with our team & the Zest community to understand business requirements and taking these to market
Finding matched candidates via LinkedIn, social channels, our database & job boards to meet customer requirements
Screening these candidates via phone & video to represent our talented candidates in the best possible light
Using creative methods to reach candidates (video messages, voice notes & social media posts)
Building long-lasting relationships with our customers, candidates & communities
Developing new relationships off the back of your continued success & growing network
