We’re looking for an experienced Senior Content Marketer who’s going to get deep with customers, understand customers' market, and produce high-quality and engaging content. Our customer has a story to tell, we want an artful story teller.
While the company and scope are large, the team is just you, so you’ll need to be comfortable getting your hands dirty. We’re looking for someone with ambition to grow as our customer continue to scale into more geographies.
What we'll need from you:
Become a product expert, developing a deep understanding of each of the product features and the problem they solve, and how best to communicate those solutions to market.
Design and execute a top-notch content strategy, producing a few pieces of high-quality content per month, not just producing filler to keep our customers pages fresh. Content needs to be syndicated to our customer's blog to support the SEO strategy, and LinkedIn to support lead generation, and you’ll want to be very comfortable reporting on the impact and reach of your efforts.
Produce at least one high-quality video case study with a customer each-month, and distribute it as part of the content strategy.
Assist BDRs by creating great collateral, and build, maintain and report on lead nurture campaigns.
Secondary responsibilities:
Help organise UK customer events and conference attendance. These aren’t a big production, and this isn’t a huge part of the role.
Report on and tweak our paid SEM across our primary channels (Google and LinkedIn). You don’t need to be an amazing performance marketer, but you should understand the basics enough to be able to tell us what is working and what isn’t.
Own the monthly product release for mobile and web. Work with the product team to understand the impact of the changes to customers and communicate it effectively.

5+ years experience as a Content Marketer at a similar high-growth B2B tech startup.
