Sales Development Representative | £40,000 basic | London (Old Street)

Founded during the pandemic by two founders who are passionate about creating inclusive workforces where employees feel supported and engaged. This tech company has reinvented the ways in which businesses reward, engage and recognise their employees through a flexible and tailored benefits platform.

After being set up by an impressive founder who exited their first business at just 18 years old, and have since been heavily invested in and taken on a new sales leader, they are now looking to grow their sales team.

They’re looking for someone passionate about wanting to sell a product that genuinely makes a difference to businesses, someone who is a keen relationship-builder with a consultative approach to outbound sales.

The Role

They’re searching for a Senior Sales Development Representative to join their London team. There’s a huge opportunity to progress quickly & work closely with senior leadership, as well as sell an exciting product to HR teams.

  • Reaching out to key decision makers in HR/People teams through calling, emailing, videos and social selling

  • Building relationships and taking a consultative approach to sales

  • Meeting weekly, monthly and quarterly targets

  • Booking qualified product demos with decision makers

  • Working with leadership to identify growth opportunities

  • Mentoring more junior sales team members

Who You Are
